Llangollen is also home to white water Rivers such as the wonderful River Dee, where you will find horse drawn boats in the canal. The Llangollen Steam Railway is also not to be missed, operating on a ten mile stretch between Llangollen and Corwen, the perfect way to witness the stunning natural views of this area. The steam railway is volunteer run and is the longest persevered standard steam gauge railway in Wales, making your visit there extra special.
